SOFTWARE
Software is an essential part of any Ion-Beam-Analysis facility. The complex physics and the massive amount of data generated by Aachen-Ion-Beams IBA devices require a stable and user friendly software.
Ion-Beam-Analysis is an active field of research. As such frequently new cross-section data are released which improve data evaluation and result accuracy. To stay up to date by receiving the latest cross-sections from the Ion Beam Analysis Nuclear Data Library using our IBANDL-WebScraper

AutoNRA
Data evaluation is the critical limitation of IBA applications. So far it required professional expertise and manual interaction with every acquired spectrum. AutoNRA solves this limitation by combining modern artificial intelligence algorithms with new approachs of understanding sample structure.
The algorithms use analytical parametrisations to describe the elemental depth profiles, enabling to completely exploit the available depth resolution. It fits single samples through parallel processing and multiple samples in automated batch analysis. It works on multiple CPU cores with succesfull tests on a 64-core CPU. Processing backscattering sample mappings with thousands of datapoints is executed within hours on a workstation PC with throughput rates of up to 700 spectra per second.
You can download the data-sheet of AutoNRA here. A limited trial version of AutoNRA can be downloaded here. By downloading you agree to not use it for commercial purpose or modify it and cite it in any related publishing. Please contact us for an introduction and full-version pricing. We would be happy to demonstrate the capabilities of our software with your data.
